Tony Pappas has been in the construction business for 20 years. He has lived in Wadsworth his entire life with his wife, Gina Pappas and their three children. Tony has been active in his faith by dedicating so much time to the youth of Wadsworth. He currently is a volunteer football coach at Wadsworth Middle School and has coached many young kids in Wadsworth over the last 8 years.



Todd Baughman has been a CPA since graduating from the University of Akron in 1988. Upon graduation, Todd worked for 4 years with the Internal Revenue Service before entering the public accounting realm in 1992. Todd has been a small business and tax compliance specialist for the last 16 years as a self-employed CPA in the Wadsworth area. Todd is also a successful real estate investor outside of his accounting practice with numerous residential, mini-storage and land development investments. It is this hands on experience that separates Todd from most people in his field.



Todd and Tony met each other while their oldest boys, then age 6, attended Sacred Heart of Jesus together in kindergarten. They became close friends over the next 9 years since they shared the same Christian values.



Over these 9 years Todd and Tony discovered how their own areas of expertise complemented each other. With Tony's background in construction, and Todd's background in accounting and land development, the synergy of their talents made them an instant match in the business of new home construction.
